Our response to COVID-19

The current situation with COVID-19 presents a unique challenge and Umberslade's priority is the safety and wellbeing of our staff, customers and suppliers. We have implemented the following measures to protect the workforce and ensure our services continue with the least disruption possible:

• Our staff are diligently following government guidelines on personal hygiene, wearing face masks on site and maintaining 2-metre 'social distancing' when possible

• Where possible staff are travelling direct to site & avoiding the use of public transport

• Staff who suspect they are unwell will not report for work, or if taken ill will be promptly & safely removed from site

• Any staff in higher risk categories have been advised not to come to work

• Where possible our workforce has been seperated into smaller working teams to minimise the risk of a larger group being out of action at one time

As one of the UK's largest & most experienced strip out specialists, we have highly professional managers and are able to draw on a large pool of permanent labour, which makes us confident that we can continue to provide the quality of work and resources that our customers' projects require.
