Our survey gives a snapshot of current activity & intentions of refurbishment & fit-out related firms across the UK. It was sent to 8,120 industry contacts on 21st April, with 215 participating.

Who's on Site?

We found that a quarter of businesses are fully operational, with almost 60% operating in a limited way.

When are businesses expecting to re-open?

Almost half of the businesses in our sample expect to return to sites by the end of May.

How much tendering is going on?

83% of businesses are currently tendering for new projects, with only 7% confirmed as inactive.

How many projects will you win?

Almost 70% of respondents had received instructions to start on projects or were very confident they would secure them.
